The constitution provides equal rights to all citizens of a country. It provides several basic rights to people and treats every citizen equally. It believes that all men are equal and if a person or a section of people is not giving their rights or not treated equally then it is totally against the constitution principles and law. It will be considered as partiality and therefore the government at that time is not called democratic. Hence, if the interest of a section of people gets excluded then it will not follow constitution principles and then it is considered as an offensive act.
