it's ridiculously important just let them eat it a little bit at least

because they don't even stay in our bodies and get out as faeces

hence it's equally important to have other food too having a good digestive system

or else they won't digest and get stored as starch or fat and it will be of no use

Everything in the equal quantity is the best
