What would happen if the earth did not rotate?

IF THE EARTH DID NOT ROTATE TIME WOULD NOT CHANGE. THE SIDE OF THE EARTH FACING THE SUN WILL  HAVE DAYTIME FOREVER  AND THE SIDE OF THE EARTH NOT FACING THE SUN WILL  HAVE NIGHT TIME FOREVER

if earth wont rotate then there will be no proper days and nights and there will be constant day where the sun rays fall and constant nights where the sun rays doesnt fall.and there will be alot of disturbance and imbalance in nature.there wont be any trees growing in that atmosphere,so we humans,animals and evrything on the earth will be dying of starvation.and there wont be any organisms on the earth. and that creates alot of destruction.
