Every month we would get solar eclipse and we would have no seasons. At present Earth is tilted 23.5 degrees on its axis. This is the primary reason for the seasons. In this case the plane of the Earth's poles would always be perpendicular to the sun. The sun would always be just on the horizon 24 hours a day on every day at the poles.

Explanation:

If the Earth were to stop spinning on its axis, gradually the oceans would migrate towards the poles from the equator. ... You could travel around the Earth on the equator and stay entirely on dry land—ignoring the freezing cold on the night side, and the searing heat on the day side.Jan 17, 2017
