Lysosomes are membrane bound vesicles which contains digestive enzymes like hydrolase .they digest a variety of substance including worn out organelles ,food particles, viruses and bacteria. If there were no lysosomes it will not be able to digest food and there would accumulation of wastes like worn out parts inside the cell. This cell will not be able to survive.
