if there was no light house then the ships captain would not be able to go in correct direction and could crash on the konkan coast

If there is no lighthouse in the Konkan coast then the ships are diverted to the Malabar coast or Gujarat coast.

Konkan coast is western shoreline starts from Maharashtra coast and comprises the Goa coast and Karnataka coast, it is the busiest seashore in India and it has the one of the famous and busiest port in the world.
