what would happen if there we no schools in the world?
Answers
Changes-
-A child mostly would follow their parent's foot steps and take up the same profession.
-Some would take apprentices and teach them a particular skill.
-An important one.. No homework! You are an apprentice and would have to do some assigned task though.
-Life would be simple and there would be less competition.
-You may know less number of people.
- There would be no degrees or any qualifications that certifies you.
Disadvantages-
-An educated mind takes educated decisions so our perspective would be smaller.
-You have a linear knowledge, only of your craft.
-Some programs like sex education, good behavioural techniques, exploring your different interests ..cannot be learnt without schools.
Last but not the least, you would not appreciate summer and the summer holidays like you do because there is no school!
A world would have been a better place to live atleast for the kids and eventually they would turn out to be better adults.
Schools should be shut down and instead children should be sent out in open environment where there are trees, rivers and mountains.
All the kids should be given real life trainings which should include motor mechanics (how a basic motor works), cycle repairing, playing at least one sport should be made mandatory if not all, swimming, music(atleast one instrument should be mandatory),
plant saplings (include knowldege of bottony), handling animals(include knowledge on biology), training on how to save a persons life in different situations, etc..All practical lessons and no bookish knowledge.
This will transform children to a more innovative, skillfull, self aware, intelligent and more connected to life as a human adult.
All this algebra, trignometery, chemistry nonsense is worthless which we all have learnt in schools. And also mathematics is of no use to anything apart from counting currency by adults.
The school life which we see arond now are there to ruin kids life without their knowing. It is very much mechanical, monotoneous, burdensome, tiring and least useful for the kids in long run, which we as adults fail to realize.
