No vehicles means no conveyance, no conveyance means the only way of transportation is by the bare foot of human, and that means basically people and stuff stay where they are.

If all vehicles disappear within a short period of time, society would collapse in short term. Gradually everything goes into the process of reconstruction.

There won’t be large factories, big farms, since no means available to transport large quantity of merchandise.

In order to sustain the basic needs, people all have to participate in farming, fishing or hunting since most food items won’t be distributed efficiently or won’t get to be distributed at all.

Electricity would gradually collapse since no any electricity plants can sustain without the support of transportation.

Without energy supply, eventually society would go back to the age of slash-and-burn cultivation.
