also the govt will be formed bt govt will not be responsible,accountable, and legitimate..

If there were no parties, there would still need to be a system for determining the course of action that serves the greater good, perhaps the absence of party platforms might lead to serving the greater good. It also might lead to the most powerful or wealthiest individuals assuming control because of their ability to control or influence others.

In a Utopian environment, the question of serving the greater good might unfold or unveil in the process of discovery from asking better questions that are intended to resolve in solutions for creating harmony among people and planet. There would still be a need for administration and organization of the systems for sustainability.
