Answer:

There are thousands of communities within any large city. The lower the population in any given Shire, County or City, the fewer communities.

A community, simply put is a group, or collective, with similar: species, race, religeon, skin colour, upbringing, illness, disease, disabilities, schooling, backgrounds, beliefs, hobbies, interests or goals.

One could say that all members of any given community are stake holders in that group and have certain rights, privelages and responsibilities.

The largest community world wide is that of humanity. Each and every humanbeing has a duty of care, a responsibility to respect each and every other human being.

The unfortunate truth is that some individuals have no scense of community and fail to engage with community.

That decision could be because of bigotry, intimidation, bullying, violence or actual bodily harm. Or it may be that the fringe dweller chooses to remain on the fringes due to their own feelings or beliefs.

Hope it helps you

Answer:

When we do not belong to any digital community, we are like a person isolated on an island; nobody knows anything about him/ her and he/ she does not know anything about the world outside. This isolation can result in loneliness and mental retardation compared to the outside world. Hope you find it helpful!
