Answer:

When we were babies, if we didn't have the process of ossification we would be a soft object of blood, water, and flesh. If your bones don't grow then the infant would not have a skeleton to provide structural support for their body.

If the skeleton of baby does not grow, they will not get any structural support and the baby will not be able to develop and grow.

Explanation:

1. During the birth time, we can find 300 bones in the body of baby. As the baby grows, some bones fuses together and begins growing.

2. The main function and role of our skeleton is to provide us support and serves as a framework for the body. If a baby does not have developed skeleton, his/her body will not get support and will be unable to perform certain activities.

3. Without the development of skeleton, a baby cannot make movement.

4. It is the skeleton which provides shape to our body. A baby with undeveloped skeleton will not have body shape.

5. Also, the skeleton has the role to protect internal organs and storing minerals. The baby will not have such protection and the place to store minerals.
