what would happen to a RBC if kept in 30% glucose solution

A 30% glucose solution would be a hypotonic solution.

A hypotonic solution is a dilute solution in which content of water is more than solvent.

If a RBC is placed is such solution, the cell will absorb water, it will swell and it may burst.
