1. Nucleus controls the incoming and outgoing of different materials inside the cell, so the main effect on cell after removing nucleus would be that the proper entry and exit of different substances would not take place properly.

2. The nucleus has the most important- genetic material including DNA (Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid) which is responsible for transferring of vital information of parents to child, so if no nucleus then no genetic material and thus a very white skin coloured child could have been a son of father whose skin colour was black!!!!!!
