Consequently, at around 30odegreeC enzyme will be inactive as the temperature is increased gradually, the enzyme activity will rise and usually show maximum activity around 30 degree  C. If the temperature continues to rise, again the enzyme activity will decline. When the temperature is low or high, there is a distortion of the chemical bonds which changes the active structure of the enzyme making them inactive.
