If there were no Golgi apparatus the materials synthesised by endoplasmic reticulum could not be carried to the various parts inside and outside of the cell. Also as the Golgi apparatus perform the function of storage and modification of the materials could not be stored and modified further. Moreover there will no production of lysosomes which will cause the accumulation of waste materials which will ultimately lead to cell death.

If there was no Golgi apparatus there wouldn't have been any functions like storage, modification and packaging of products in vesicles. The complex sugars may not be able to be made from simple sugars in the Golgi apparatus and will be not involved in the formation of Lysosomes which will ultimately reduce the waste disposal system resulting to death.
