Here is the answer:

If there is no golgi apparatus/complex then the packaging and transporting of materials synthesized by cell will not take place because golgi apparatus/complex is a packaging organelle. Also this golgi apparatus/complex packages the protein into their vesicles before sending them to their own destination. Even if there is no golgi apparatus/complex the plasma membrane will be affected as it needs to grow larger for cell division.
