The major function of golgi apparatus is to guide the transportation of proteins to their respective locations either inside the cell or outside by secretion. Thus if it is ,issing, you can imagine what will happen.
1. All the proteins that are produced in the cell will remain stacked inside without getting localised to the correct regions.
2. No proteins will get secreted, as a result the normal functions of the organism will suffer.
3. The lysosomal proteins which can autolyse the cells will remain as such without getting transported to lysosomes, and this will result in autolysis of the cell.

If there are no Golgi Apparatus then the packaging and transporting of material synthesized by cell will not happen.
