the function of Golgi apparatus is to pack ang transfer substances out of the cell and take inside the cell. if there is no golgi apparatus in a cell then the transfer of substances will not take place and the cell will not get the required nutrients. as a result the cell will die.
the function of Golgi apparatus is also to synthesize lysosomes. if Golgi apparatys is not present , lysosomes will not be synthesized as a result the function of lysosomes will not be done and the cell will die.

- Formation of acrosome.
- Formation lysosomes & vesicles.
- Transportation of lipids around the cell.
