The materials synthesized in the endoplasmic reticulum are stored, sorted, modified, packaged and dispatched to various target cells only through the Golgi apparatus. Absence of Golgi complex leads to some problems in the transport of lipids in cells, formation of lysosomes or peroxisomes, formation of sugars etc. Without a Golgi apparatus the cell will not function.
If there will be no golgi apparatus then the formation of lysosomes and perixosomes will be ended .
