What would happen to the life of a cell of there was no golgi apparatus?

the Golgi apparatus packages proteins into vesicles inside the cell before sending them to their destinations. The secondary secretory activities of the cell would also cease to occur.Also if there is no golgi apparatus, the plasma membrane would be affected because it needs to be able to grow larger for cell division
