Renovation of Cell Membrane will not take place and all the manufacture of Complex sugars from simple sugars and the Secrection of mucus ,Enzymes and hormones will not take place .

If there is no Golgi apparatus, then many of these functions will not happens:-

1. Storage of protein.
2. Formation of acrosome.
3. Formation lysosomes & vesicles.
4. Transportation of lipids around the cell.
5. Modifying, sorting & processing of proteins.
