Also, if there is no golgi apparatus, the plasma membrane would be affected because it needs to be able to grow larger for cell division.

There will be no formation of complex sugars from simple sugar,no formation of lysosome,no transport of fat and proteins from one part of cell to other and eventually the cell will die.
