What would happen to the life of cell if there was no golgi complex?

In case of animal cell if golgi complex isn't present then there would be no protein, lipid etc. secretion in the cell. Moreover there would be no Lysosomes as they take part in formation of them.

In case of a plant cell they take part in transport of materials from the golgi to the parts. So of they are absent the transportation will be stopped

i) Golgi apparatus has the functions of storage, modification and packing of the products in the vesicles. 
ii) it transports various substance to other parts of the cell. 
iii) if there was no Golgi complex in the cell the proteins and other substances are not altered and packed. 
iv) substances transport will not occur. 
v) regeneration or repair of the membrane will not take place.
