Golgi apparatus has the function of storage modification and packaging of the products.If there is no Golgi Apparatus then packaging and transporting of materials synthesized by cell will not happen.

If there is no Golgi apparatus, then many of these functions will not happens:-

1. Storage of protein.
2. Formation of acrosome.
3. Formation lysosomes & vesicles.
4. Transportation of lipids around the cell.
5. Modifying, sorting & processing of proteins.
