What would happen without protection of human rights?

If the human rights are violated children will be separated from their parents like it is happening in America people fleeing from near dead surrounding want better life conditions and when they have some hope they move only to be separated from their own families. The poor will not have any right to protest to the injustice done to them only because the don’t have the money the rich will rule the world. Normal people will not have a say in what happens to them there would be more chaos
