What would happened if the DNA copying mechanism were to be less accurate?

The copying of DNA is similar but not identical always. It depends upon how accurately the copying is taking place. Sometimes the variation in the copies becomes so extreme that the copy of new DNA fails to recognize and work with its cellular apparatus. The produced cell dies
