Without any technology, which I understand to mean the construction of tools and weapons according to cultural instructions, and this includes fire, human beings would quickly become extinct. They would be able to survive the climate only in very hot countries, where they would face stiff competition from other apes such as chimpanzees, who are stronger, have fur, and don't need to cook their food in order to digest it. Chimpanzees have been observed making and using tools, so I would expect them to evolve such that their descendants would replace us.
If you mean advanced or industrial technology, we would go back to a world like the 12th century, with a population of about half a billion, but advanced technology would very quickly be reinvented, probably in less than a thousand years. The 12th century already knew how to do science….
If you mean preliterate technology, about five million persons with fire, clothing, axes, spears, archery, and boats would still be more than a match for any other species, and after a possibly long time, on the order of 10,000 years, would invent writing, science, and advanced technology….
