If there were no trees and forests, monkeys would not be able to thrive and survive.

EXPLANATION:

Monkeys mainly live on trees and in forests and if these are not present, monkeys will have no place to live. This would lead some monkeys moving to a place where they can thrive whereas some monkeys will die because they cannot adapt to the environment.

The population of monkeys will also decrease because they will not be able to get food which they get from trees and forests. The monkeys will not be able to live because of lack of food and will also not be able to feed their little ones. Eventually, monkeys will become extinct.
