if nucleus removed the cell can not do anything. nucleus is the main part of cell.
cromosome stays in the nucleus. that help
to cell division and reproduction.
so nucleus is very important for cell.

If nucleus of a cell is removed then they may not function efficiently as all the actions of cell including respiration,digestion are controlled by it.The reproductive system may not function efficiently and the viral DNA mayconquer and destroy the whole cell.
