Well first you will get extra hours in a day and even extra days in a year. While earth has 365 days , Mars has got 687 days. It will be very dusty. Mars got it's name red planet due this only. People will breathe dirt.. It will be very cold there and it hasn't got any ozone layer so people will be sunburned.Amazing view of 2 moons at night
