HELLO!

If mitochondrion present in RBC it would lack most of its primary functional and structural elements. As a result the redundant mitochondria would be spotted and successfully destroyed via mitophagy and most of oxygen carried would be utilised for the cellular respiration that occurs in mitochondria.

Mitochondria are found in both plants and animals whereas plastids are found only in plants. ... If, there would have been no difference between mitochondria and plastids, there would have been no structure which would provide energy and thus all the processes which take place in the cell would cease.

If genes are absent in chromosome the offspring not behave like parent A gene functional unit of heredity If Genes had been absent on the chromosomes then the offspring would not have been looking or behaving like the parent A gene is the basic physical and functional unit of heredity.

If Plasma membrane had not been selectively permeable then any substance can enter the cell which can harm the balance between the cell content and outside environment. ... If the cell membrane is selectively permeable, it allows the entry to only a few substances barring all the others.

If their would be like plants lacked anthocyanins then the plants part would not get their colour . Explanation: anthocyanins give colour to the plants part is purple, blue .

Answer:

a) RBC is the carrier of oxygen. if mitochondria was present in RBC then all the oxygen would have been used and the main purpose of of RBC it would have been incomplete that is transportation of oxygen.

b) if there had been no difference between the both then autotrophs would never exist as there will be absence of chloroplast

c) if genes had been absent then there would be absence of inheritance to further generation and the evolutionary changes would never occur

d) there would have been no exchange of ions and minerals
