Look here. As you wanna have a dog or any other pet. Then you should have it. But perhaps you should also take care of it. Keeping pets like birds in cage or dogs in chain is not good but good also. It could be explaine. As you wanna go on a walk , then you need a chain for your dog to keep your dog near you and people near you safe and at home when the doge is with you , you should not keep him in chain. Everybody has an equal freedom, so your dog should have it to. I am also having a dog. He is so cut and familier dog. I used to keep him in chain only when I took him to walk, otherwise he is being free at home.
In short I want to say that keep them chained outside for others safety and keep them unchained inside your home for your safety.
