My immediate thought with a smile is … “Heaven” - but your interesting question is more complex than this. My further thoughts are: This is completely contrary to natural law which is one of “normal distribution” ie there will always be those with greater or lesser abilities/ qualities/ assets / whatever than ourselves. Also, dreams are just the first step in identifying what we would ideally like to happen and be in the future - literally in the “thought leads the way” scenario. If everyone’s dreams came true, there would be no motivation or need to develop ourselves to realise our dreams (self-driving towards goals is the way we develop ourselves and our potential abilities, personalities etc) . So the act of simply dreaming about what we would like to realise is not sufficient to make this happen (outside the bounds of our imagination alone).
