i will take the option C,Without carbon dioxide, the plants would not do as well, and potentially die, creating a problem for all the animals on the planet, Since they have to breathe oxygen to live. Oxygen is given off as a waste product by the plants while they are conducting photosynthesis.

devinmiller: But, everything has carbon am i correct?
vishalwilson9696: i agree with you but if you say everything has carbon then obviously the atmosphere would also be filled with carbon.
devinmiller: Very true, thank you for you help and the explanation:)
