if the Earth was flat, the first most prominent thing that we would be able to see is the end of the Earth with a fixed boundary and a nonexistent horizon. people would visit the end of the Earth as a tourist attraction. The once known ball of fire that is our sun would be revolving around us  and we would be in a closed ecosystem unable to fathom our universe around us. The laws of physics would be nonexistent.
