According to Force Formula
Force = Mass×Acceleration
For 1St Once
Mass = 2KG
Acceleration = 5M/Sec²
Force = MA
Force = 2×5
= 10N
For Second
Mass = 4KG
Acceleration = 2M/Sec²
Force = MA
Force = 4×2
= 8N
The First One Requires More Force.

2kg mass at 5m/s would require 10m/s^2 of force
4kg mass at 2m/s would require 8m/s^2 of force
So, 2kg at 5m/s requires more force
