What would u do if u were the minister of education to improve English in primary school.

Answer:

If I were the Minister of Education,I would cancle the Unified State Examination and introduce a regular exam. Then I would rais a teachers' salary and tighten control over the publication of textbooks. Ultimately,I would return the old system of education.
