What would you advise the HR manager to do in the following situation? There are three new marketers on the team. One of them is highly skilled, but the other two need more training before they can go into the field. Should she train all three of them as part of their introduction and orientation or not? Give two reasons.

So, in this situation there are three people and as per the question one is highly skilled and other two are freshers and need more training before entering into real world situation.

My opinion will be the person who is  highly skilled should definitely take both the freshers to the fields of operation,and definitely fresher's need exposure so taking them out will be the good option and my two reasons are :-

1. They will build confidence level of interacting with other people and clients.

2.They will enhance their knowledge and personality as well and make them understand how the real market works in real life.
