It already is denied. Several times a day and every day of the week some one on Quora is claiming you do not have freedom of speech at work or on private property. They claim the right to free speech only applies to the government. If you honestly believe that then you have already lost your free speech rights. It is a logical contradiction to claim both freedom of speech on one hand and then on the other hand also claim it only applies to the government and not private entities. Either you have some measure of free speech rights at all times and in all places or you don’t have it at all.
