what would you do if you found an injured bird while retrning from school

If I found an injured bird while returning from my school then I will took that to my home and clean it wound and dress it & I will take care of that bird until it becomes well .When it will became perfect and would be able to walk or fly then I "ll leave it by doing such thing I"ll not be happy but I have to leave that .
