if I found a injured bird I will take it to my home and I will give first aid to that, then I will feed that bird with some grains after it recovered I will release it

if you find a injured bird you should call a local rehabilitation centre. if the bird is in danger(such as on road) you could try to gently coax or move it and you can cover it a sheet and gently lift it.
