If I know whose thing it is then I definitely hand over them if I don't know who does the thing belongs to I will give to that particular place owner like teacher of our class room or who always stay there like watch man . if I found it on a road if it is something precious I will handover it to cops or if it is not previous I will simply through it into the dust bin .
