I would go and make him / her sit down on the ground, then I would bring water. After giving water I would see that whether he / she has got any injury or swelling , if there is any swelling or injury then I would bring an uce pack ( for swelling ) and a first - aid box ir kit ( for injury ). If the injury is very big , like a fracture or anything else then I would get him / her to the hospital.
