what would you do when you saw some people throwing garbage into the water bodies

When I will see some people throwing garbage into the water bodies first I will suggest that people to not to throw garbage like this in any water bodies and throw it in dustbin and I will explain that person that in water so many aquatic animals live if we throw garbage like this in the water it pollute water and may cause diseases to the aquatic animals which may kill them...
