Answer: In his story Munshi Premchand has beautifully shown the excitement and joy of Eid among children. Though these children are not much aware about the Eid and Ramadan but still have fast just because of their excitement for it. Hamid is a 4 year boy who is comparatively more Happy than other children though he doesn't have good clothes and slippers but still happiness can be seen on his face just because he wants to enjoy Eid to the fullest and eat different varieties of food on Eid
