1: Self-sufficiency is basically when we start to realize our weaknesses while accepting it and tries to improve ourselves, other than pretending like, that we are enough. Because this is not a fact. Everyone somehow needs to work on themselves and when a person starts realizing it, then they enter the new stage of their life.
2: Independence is sort of the same thing, but it does not just mean that we will start doing everything on our own. It shows our maturity level and how do we handle things in different situations while acting like an adult. Which basically made us independent.
