What would you observe when a mixture or iron fillings and sulphur powder is heated strongly? (any two observations).

when a iron fillings heated strongly , first it turns red(lower energy and higher wave length), as temperature rises it glows orange,yellow,blue(higher energy and of lower wavelength) or even white(all visible wave lengths means all colours combined) if the temperature is high enough
