Answer:

a) standing close to a large convex mirror you will look diminished..

b) standing close to a concave mirror u will look enlarged

Explanation:

a) in a convex mirror the object placed at any position ie. Any where between infinity and pole.. The image will be diminished and ercet..

b) in a concave mirror the object placed between the focal point and the pole will have an image that is enlarged and erect..

Since u are standing close to a large concave mirror it is obvious that we are in between the focal point and the pole..

Hope it helps.. Mark brainliest

Answer: (a)= The Image will look bigger than actual size of a person (b)= The image will look smaller than actual size of the person.

Explanation: This is due to the nature of the following mirrors. The concave mirror is a converging mirror which converges all the rays falling to its surface to a particular point. The nature of the concave mirror is to collect alll the rays falling to its surface. This makes the object look smaller than its actual size.

The convex mirror is a diverging miror the reflecting surface of the convex miror diverges all the rays falling to its surface. Thus it makes the object in front of it look larger than its actual size.
