what wrong with majoriterism ? or is mejority rule have some fault?

Majoritarianism means rule of the majority. If majority rules, it may deprive the minority of their rights. This can't be called as democracy. Democracy says that everyone should have rights. So, majoritarianism goes against the rule of democracy.
