Here is your solution :
If the Distance-Time graph of a body is parallel to x-axis , then that body is not possessing motion i.e it is at rest.
We know that if the graph of any linear equation in 2 variables is parallel to x-axis then, y = 0.
Here, in Distance - Time graph, x - axis represents time while y - axis represents distance.
So, here y = 0 , that's distance is 0 with regarding to time.
Hence, we can say that the object is at rest.
